getting straight A's
       for the first time on
       my high school report
       card
getting accepted to
       my first choice college
winning the state
       competition with my We
       The People team!
seeing the sly-smile
       on my boyfriend's face
       after i haven't seen him
       in 3 days straight
stepping onto the ice
       hockey rink and knowing
       i will play my heart out
getting my first
       goal in hockey as a
       senior
seeing the snow coming
       down outside my window
       and knowing there won't
       be school!
beginning to write a
       novel
